These terms govern participation in the Kestra North Partner Program. Applying to the program means accepting them.

1. Program overview

The Kestra North Partner Program pays commissions on qualifying referred sales tracked through your unique referral link or code. Enrollment is free and subject to approval. The program is not live yet: applications are being accepted now, and tracking, dashboards and payouts begin when it launches.

2. Eligibility

Partners must be 21 years of age or older and may not operate content that promotes human consumption of research compounds, makes medical or therapeutic claims, or targets audiences under 21.

3. Compliant promotion (required)

All partner content must present products strictly as research-use-only laboratory materials, with no medical, therapeutic or performance claims of any kind. Partners may not make claims about human use, dosing, benefits, results, or safety; may not depict consumption; and may not use before/after imagery.

Partner content must disclose the affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously (e.g. #ad) on every promotional placement, as required by Canada’s Competition Act and, for partners reaching audiences in the United States, the FTC’s endorsement guides.

We may require removal or correction of non-compliant content, and repeated violations end the partnership and forfeit unpaid commissions.

4. Commissions and payouts

Commission rates, cookie windows, and payout schedules are stated in your partner dashboard at enrollment. Commissions accrue on completed, paid, non-refunded orders only; refunded or charged-back orders are deducted. Self-referrals, coupon-site scraping, trademark bidding, and cookie stuffing are prohibited.

5. Trademarks and content

Partners receive a limited, revocable license to use Kestra North product imagery and approved brand assets solely for program promotion. Bidding on our brand terms in paid search is prohibited.

6. Termination

Either party may end the partnership at any time. Earned, compliant commissions through the termination date are paid on the next scheduled payout.
