How it works

How do research points work?

Every order earns research points based on your tier’s multiplier — from 2.5× per $1 CAD on the free Member plan up to 10× on Elite. Points are recorded on every order today and bank to your member account when accounts launch; redemption opens at that point, and earlier orders are credited retroactively.

What is the difference between the shipping perks?

Free standard shipping unlocks at Plus and above; free expedited shipping unlocks at Pro and above. Elite adds priority fulfilment, so time-sensitive orders move to the front of the daily queue.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Paid tiers will be cancellable at any time from your account, effective at the end of the current billing period. Points already earned stay on the account.
